Ingredients

  • Oil - 4 tsp
  • Onion, chopped - 60 gms
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 100 gms
  • Carrot, chopped - 50 gms
  • French beans, chopped - 50 gms
  • Cauliflower, chopped - 50 gms
  • Potato, chopped - 40 gms
  • Pav bhaji masala - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 50 gms
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  • Filo sheet, cut into 10 pieces and baked at 170 degrees until crisp - 1

How to Make Pav Bhaji under 30 minutes

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another minute.
  • Add the tomato puree and fry well.
  • Add all the vegetables and pav bhaji masala and simmer till vegetables are soft.
  • Mash well as veggies cook further.
  • Finish with butter, lemon juice and coriander.
  • Serve pav bhaji with pavs or bun.
