1/2- Onion, sliced into small pieces.
(or any other cooking oil).
1 tbsp- Salt.
A pinch of Red pepper (chilli) powder.
A pinch of
1/2 cup- Peas.
1/2 cup- Corn.
1/4 cup- Noodle.
or noodle masala powder.
How to Make Pea-Corn-Noodle Deli
Boil noodles in water for 10 mins. Drain the water. Leave it aside.
In a pan warm the olive oil. Fry onions til they turn red in colour.
Add sliced tomato to the frying pan (do not fully fry).
Add salt, red pepper powder, pinch turmeric powder, green chillies (1/4 piece), add a pinch of dhaniya powder or garam masala or noodle masala powder and fry for 3 mins.
Add peas, corn to the above mixture in the frying pan.
Fry for a while and then add noodles to it.
Stir fry for some time and switch off the flame.
After 4 mins, when it is cooling, add lemon juice and garnish with cilantro (or daniya leaves).
