Ingredients

  • 1/2- Onion, sliced into small pieces.
  • 1/4 - tomato sliced.
  • 3 tbsp- Olive oil (or any other cooking oil).
  • 1 tbsp- Salt.
  • A pinch of Red pepper (chilli) powder.
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 cup- Peas.
  • 1/2 cup- Corn.
  • 1/4 cup- Noodle.
  • 1 tsp- Garam masala or noodle masala powder.
  • 2 tbsp- Lemon Juice.

How to Make Pea-Corn-Noodle Deli

  • Boil noodles in water for 10 mins. Drain the water. Leave it aside.
  • In a pan warm the olive oil. Fry onions til they turn red in colour.
  • Add sliced tomato to the frying pan (do not fully fry).
  • Add salt, red pepper powder, pinch turmeric powder, green chillies (1/4 piece), add a pinch of dhaniya powder or garam masala or noodle masala powder and fry for 3 mins.
  • Add peas, corn to the above mixture in the frying pan.
  • Fry for a while and then add noodles to it.
  • Stir fry for some time and switch off the flame.
  • After 4 mins, when it is cooling, add lemon juice and garnish with cilantro (or daniya leaves).
