Ingredients

  • Cooked rice- 2 bowls.
  • 1 Cup- vegetables( carrot, green peas, tender Corn seeds, sprouts of mung and chana).
  • 1/2 -onion(chopped).
  • 2 cloves- Garlic (chopped).
  • Handful- groundnut.
  • 1 tsp- Chicken curry masala.
  • aji-no-moto(optional).
  • Mint leaves for garnishing.
  • How to Make Pea corn rice:

    1. Warm oil. Fry groundnut. Keep aside.
    2. Fry chopped onion and garlic in hot oil till they becomes transparent.
    3. Add chopped vegetable, corn, sprouts, peas to the pan and stir for 5 mins.
    4. Add chicken curry masala, salt and ajinomoto. Garnish with groundnuts and chopped mint leaves.
