Ingredients

  • Cooked rice- 2 bowls.
  • 1 Cup- vegetables( carrot, green peas, tender Corn seeds, sprouts of mung and chana).
  • 1/2 -onion(chopped).
  • 2 cloves- Garlic (chopped).
  • Handful- groundnut.
  • 1 tsp- Chicken curry masala.
  • aji-no-moto(optional).
  • Mint leaves for garnishing.

How to Make Pea corn rice

  • Warm oil. Fry groundnut. Keep aside.
  • Fry chopped onion and garlic in hot oil till they becomes transparent.
  • Add chopped vegetable, corn, sprouts, peas to the pan and stir for 5 mins.
  • Add chicken curry masala, salt and ajinomoto. Garnish with groundnuts and chopped mint leaves.
