Ingredients

  • 1 cup - raw peanuts
  • ½ cup - minced onion
  • ½ cup - chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp - chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp - lime juice
  • 1 tsp - chili flakes
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • chaat masala to taste
  • fine sev to garnish

How to Make Pea Nut Chaat

  • Boil the peanuts with little salt. Drain and cool.
  • Mix with all the ingredients from onion to chaat masala.
  • Garnish with sev and serve as a starter.
