How to Make Peach Cool

  • Peel the skin of the peaches, remove the seeds and blend in a blender, add ginger juice, lemon juice and blend again to a smooth paste.
  • Remove the mixture and add sugar and cream and beat well till thick.
  • Add the ginger and lemon juice in the cream mixture and fold in. Cool thoroughly and serve.
