Ingredients

  • 4 - Peaches
  • 1 tsp - mustard and urad dhal combo
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Asafoetida
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Peach Pickle:

    1. Deseed peaches and cube into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
    2. In a pan add the oil and put mustard and urad dhal combo. When the mustard stops spluttering, add asafoetida and chilly powder and remove the pan from the stove.
    3. Add the cubed peaches to the pan. Mix well.
