  • 1 large peach.
  • 200 ml - milk.
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - yogurt.
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes.

How to Make Peach Smoothie

  • Peel and deseed the peach.
  • In a blender add milk and ice cubes and blend till smooth.
  • Add the yogurt and some sugar (if required) and blend for 2 mins.
  • Serve in a tall glass.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
