Ingredients

  • 2 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup - shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tsps - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Cakes:

    1. Cream together peanut butter, shortening and vanilla essence and make a mixture of it.
    2. Gradually add sugar and beat it till it is light and fluffy.
    3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    4. Add the dry ingredients into the mixture and stir it.
    5. Add milk after each folding. Fill each paper bake cup halfway and bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
    6. Frost with peanut butter.
