Ingredients

  • Peanuts (Paleelu) - 300 g.
  • Red Chillies - 3-4.
  • Garlic cloves- 2.
  • oil - 2 tsp.
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp.
  • Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp.
  • Coriander leaves - 3-4.
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp.
  • Parsley -1/2 cup.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Peanut chutney with Spices:

    1. In a pan, fry the peanuts and remove the skin.
    2. Grind the peanuts in a mixer along with the red chillies and garlic cloves, and parsley, and grind into a paste.
    3. Add salt to taste.
    4. Now heat oil in a pan and splutter the cumin and the mustard seeds.
    5. Add the turmeric powder and coriander leaves to the oil.
    6. Pour this mix into the chutney.
    7. Serve with dosa/Idli.
