  • Peanuts (Paleelu) - 300 g.
  • Red chillies - 3-4.
  • Garlic cloves- 2.
  • oil - 2 tsp.
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp.
  • Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp.
  • Coriander leaves - 3-4.
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp.
  • Parsley -1/2 cup.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Peanut chutney with Spices

  • In a pan, fry the peanuts and remove the skin.
  • Grind the peanuts in a mixer along with the red chillies and garlic cloves, and parsley, and grind into a paste.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and splutter the cumin and the mustard seeds.
  • Add the turmeric powder and coriander leaves to the oil.
  • Pour this mix into the chutney.
  • Serve with dosa/Idli.
