Ingredients

  • Peanuts - 100 gm.
  • Besan - 50 gm.
  • Rice flour - 20 gm.
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt - a pinch.
  • oil - to fry.
  • Water - required to make batter.

How to Make Peanut Fry

  • Roast peanuts and peel off the skin.
  • Prepare a batter of gram, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and water.
  • Add roasted peanut and mix well.
  • Heat oil, drop peanuts in to the hot oil a few at a time and fry till crisp.
