  • 2 cups - raw groundnuts (soaked overnight)
  • 1/4 cup - grated mango
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • 2- dry red chillies
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - asafoetida powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Peanut Mango Sundal

  • Pressure cook the soaked groundnuts with enough water and salt for up to 3 whistles.
  • Once the steam get released, drain the cooked water and keep aside.
  • Heat enough oil, fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida powder.
  • Add the cooked groundnuts and grated mango, saute for few minutes.
  • Enjoy with a cup of tea.
