  • 1 cup - peanuts.
  • 4 Cloves - garlic.
  • 6 whole - dried red chillies.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Peanut Powder:

    1. Roast peanuts and dried red chillies. When cool, grind in a mixer along with salt and raw garlic.
    2. Serve with hot rice and ghee.
