Ingredients

  • 250 g - peanuts
  • 2 tsp - sago flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp - saunf/fennel
  • 1 tsp - khus khus/poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • oil for frying

How to Make Peanuts vada

  • Crush the peanuts into thick powder.
  • Mix the crushed peanuts, sago flour, saunf, khus khus, spices, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar and salt and make small round balls.
  • Deep fry them and serve.
