Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - pear, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 - cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp - honey
  • 2 tbsp - pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • a pinch of ground black pepper

How to Make Pear pomegranate salad

  • Combine pear and pomegranate in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in a non- stick pan on a medium flame, add the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, honey and pepper powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or till it thickens slightly.
  • Pour this warm dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
