Ingredients

  • 200 g - Cottage cheese/pepper, cut into medium size pieces.
  • 1 cup - Fresh green peas, boiled.
  • 1 - Onion, chopped.
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped.
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder.
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder.
  • 1 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste.
  • 2 green chillies, chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 2 - Bay leaves.
  • 2 tsp - Chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder.
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp - Chopped, coriander leaves.

How to Make Peas And Cottage Cheese

  • Heat oil in a and saute the cottage cheese on a low flame until light brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • In the same oil saute the bay leaves, onions and green chillies until golden.
  • Add the tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and fry well.
  • Then add the peas and paneer and mix well.
  • Add some and simmer for 5-6 mins.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice or rotis/chapattis.
