Ingredients

  • 1 cup - well cooked green peas, mashed lightly.
  • 1/2 cup - grated Paneer (cottage cheese).
  • 2 - green chillies, minced.
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, minced.
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, minced.
  • 1 tbsp - Mint leaves, minced.
  • 1 tsp - sugar.
  • 1 tsp - chat masala.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Maida and bread crumbs to coat.

How to Make Peas and Paneer Cutlets

  • Mix all the ingredients together into a dough.
  • Shape the dough into small discs.
  • Mix 3 to 4 tbsp of Maida with little water to make a paste.
  • Coat the discs with this paste and roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Shallow fried on a tawa using oil or butter.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
