  • 2 cups - cooked Rice
  • 1-onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup - frozen Green peas
  • 1/2 cup - Prawns (cleaned)
  • 1 tsp - Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp - light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup - Spring onions (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Peas and Prawns Fried rice

  • Heat enough oil in a wok, add the minced garlic and grated ginger and fry for few minutes.
  • Add the onions and cook them for few seconds.
  • Now add the frozen peas, prawns and saute for few more minutes.
  • Now add the light soya sauce, white pepper powder, salt (if needed) to the peas-prawns mixture. Cook for few minutes.
  • Finally add the cooked rice and chopped spring onions and toss everything gently.
  • Enjoy hot with your favourite side dish.
