Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta boiled - 180 gms
  • Tomato concasse - 60 gms
  • Garlic - 20 gms
  • Chilli flakes - 5 gms
  • Basil fresh - 5 gms
  • Olive oil - 25 ml
  • Sugar - 5 gms
  • Salt - 10 gms
  • How to Make Penne a la Arrabiata:

    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Add garlic, chilli flakes and tomato cancasse. Boil blanch and chop tomatoes.
    3. Add boiled pasta, seasoning, sugar and fresh basil.
    4. Cook for a while till soft.
    5. Serve hot.
