  • Penne pasta boiled - 180 gms
  • Tomato concasse - 60 gms
  • Garlic - 20 gms
  • Chilli flakes - 5 gms
  • Basil fresh - 5 gms
  • Olive oil - 25 ml
  • Sugar - 5 gms
  • Salt - 10 gms

How to Make Penne a la Arrabiata

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic, chilli flakes and tomato cancasse. Boil blanch and chop tomatoes.
  • Add boiled pasta, seasoning, sugar and fresh basil.
  • Cook for a while till soft.
  • Serve hot.
