Ingredients

  • 500 gm - mutton.
  • 2 tbsp - desi ghee.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 5 or 6 - pepper pods.
  • 2 split - green chilles.
  • 3 or 4 pcs - cinnamon.
  • 3 or 5 pcs - cardamom.
  • 2 split - elaichi(small).
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp - curd.
  • 1 pinch - turmeric.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make pepper and Mutton Fry

  • In a cooker/pressure pan, add desi ghee and the washed mutton.
  • Stir it well and add curd, salt and all the above ingredients. Stir again well.
  • Add little water, close the lid and cook for 15-20 mins.
  • When u open if there is water, cook with lid open for 5 mins.
  • Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
  • This tastes good as a side dish with rice and roti.
