Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked rice.
  • 3 tbsp - butter.
  • 2 - eggs, beaten well.
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder.
  • salt to taste.

How to Make pepper Butter rice

  • Heat the butter in a pan and add the beaten egg.
  • Scramble it well.
  • Add the cooked rice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Garnish with fried onions if desired.
  • Serve with any curry or with tomato sauce.
