Ingredients

  • 500 g - plain flour.
  • 1 cup - milk.
  • 3 - eggs, beaten well.
  • 1/2 tsp - salt.
  • 100 g - grated cheese.
  • 50 g - butter.
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder.
  • 1/2 kg - oil for frying.
  • How to Make pepper Cheese Balls:

    1. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, to form a soft dough.
    2. Heat oil in a pan until smoky.
    3. Make small balls of the size of large gooseberries and drop them into the oil. Fry until crispy and golden brown.
    4. Drain and remove. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
