Ingredients

  • 250 g - bone less chicken, 1 inch cubed.
  • 2 tsp - fresh ground pepper.
  • 1 - Lavang (crushed).
  • 1 small pinch - Dalchini and Jeera powder each.
  • 1 tsp - fresh ginger garlic paste.
  • oil to cook.

How to Make pepper Fried Chicken

  • Wash and pat dry the cubed chicken pieces and put them aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add the crushed laung, jeera and dalchini powder. Let it fry till the leaves give out a sweet aroma.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while. Then add the chicken pieces and mix well and add salt.
  • Cover and cook for a few minutes.
  • At last, add freshly ground pepper powder to adjust taste. Cover and cook till done.
