  • 1 kg - Chicken.
  • 2 nos onions(big).
  • 5 to 6 nos Garlic pods .
  • 1/2" piece ginger.
  • 5 tsp powdered pepper, or more depending on how spicy you want it to be.
  • salt as require.
  • 4 tbsp - oil.

How to Make Pepper Garlic Chicken

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Saute the onions, chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Once the onions get a glassy appearance, add the pepper and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add the chicken pieces and stir.
  • Add salt to taste and cover the vessel. Cook for 10 mins until chicken is tender.
  • Serve hot.
