How to Make pepper Mutton Curry

  • Grind pepper, mustard seeds, garlic and ginger to a paste and mix with mutton cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry onions, curry leaves and rampe leaves for 3-4 mins.
  • Add all the ingredients except coconut milk and lime juice.
  • Then, add mutton and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the thin coconut milk and pressure cook for 15 mins.
  • Once the cooker cools, add the thick coconut milk and heat till it begins to boil. Remove from fire.
  • Sprinkle lime juice on top and serve hot with rice.
