  • 1/2 kg - pork chops
  • 3 or 4 - potatoes
  • 4 big - sliced onions
  • 2 - green chillies, split lengthwise
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Pepper pork chops

  • Pressure cook the pork chops with a little water till it is tender. Let some soup remain.
  • Open the pressure cooker and add the onions, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and oil and mix it well.
  • Keep cooking on low heat till the soup dries up and the onions and pork are nicely browned.
  • Just before turning off the heat, add the boiled potatoes and mix it well.
  • Serve it hot with bread or rice as a side dish.
