  • 1/2 kg - either Beef or Mutton spare ribs.
  • 1 tsp - chopped ginger.
  • 2 tsp - chopped garlic.
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar.
  • 2 large onions, sliced fine.
  • 2 or 3 green chillies, sliced lengthwise.
  • 3 tbsp - oil.
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • How to Make Pepper Spare Ribs:

    1. Wash the spare ribs and marinate them with the pepper powder, vinegar and salt for about 30 minutes.
    2. Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
    3. Add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry for about 3 minutes.
    4. Now, add the marinated chops and mix well.
    5. Add sufficient water and cook till the spare ribs are tender and soft and the gravy dries up.
    6. Garnish with onion rings.
