  • 5 - Chicken wings.
  • Freshly ground pepper powder.
  • 2 tbsp - butter.
  • 3 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste.
  • 3 tbsp - dark soy sauce.
  • 3 tbsp - chilli sauce.
  • Oregano seasoning (optional).
  • Red Chilli powder.
  • aji-no-moto, a pinch.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Chopped onions.

How to Make pepper Spiced Chicken Wings

  • Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chicken wings for about 2 hours.
  • Fry the chicken in a pan with minimum refined oil.
  • Now fry the onions in the marinade.
  • Serve hot.
