Ingredients

  • 100 g - vegetable noodles, boiled
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 8 cloves - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped
  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (1 carrot, 1/2 capsicum and 1/4 thinly shredded cabbage)
  • 1/4 cup - boiled and shredded chicken
  • 2 tsp - vinegar
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Pepper Vegetables and Chicken Noodles

  • Heat oil in a wok/wide pan on medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and fry until light golden in colour.
  • Add the chopped ginger and green chilli. Fry on low heat until fragrant and crisp.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and fry for 8-10 minutes until tender.
  • Add the chicken, vinegar, pepper and salt to taste. Stir well.
  • Add the boiled noodles.
  • Mix the ingredients well for 5-7 minutes until the noodles are well combined with the vegetables and pepper powder.
  • Serve hot with any Chinese gravy dish.
