Ingredients

  • Liver (goat) - 1/2 kg (cut into medium sizes).
  • Onions - 2 medium sized.
  • pepper, Cumin - 1:2 (powdered).
  • Salt - to taste.
  • oil - 2/3 tbsp.

How to Make Peppered Liver

  • Take oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • Add the pepper-cumin powder. Stir till the oil separates.
  • Add the liver pieces, salt and 1/4 cup of water. Stir.
  • Keep on medium flame until cooked and water evaporates.
