  • 6 - Large potatoes.
  • 3 tbsp - oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder.

How to Make peppery Fried Potato Wedges

  • Wash the potatoes and cook till soft.
  • Remove the skins and cut into thick wedges.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the potato wedges till brown.
  • Remove on to a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder.
