Ingredients

  • 1/2 litre - Wheat puffs, cleaned, hard kernels removed.
  • 1 cup - murmure (puffed rice).
  • 2 tbsp - roasted skinned peanuts.
  • 2 tbsp - boiled brown chickpeas, cold (optional).
  • 2 slices - Raw Mango chopped finely.
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely.
  • 1 - carrot, grated.
  • 1 - small green chilli, finely chopped.
  • 1 - potato, boiled, cooled, peeled, chopped.
  • 1 - small Green chilli crushed or finely chopped.
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped.
  • 1 tiny flake - garlic.
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala.
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil.
  • 1/2 tsp - salt.

How to Make Peppy Wheat Puffs

  • Pour oil in a large salad bowl.
  • Crush garlic into it and mix the chilli well.
  • Mix in chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, whip well.
  • Add all chopped veggies, peanuts, chickpeas.
  • Toss to coat evenly all over.
  • To serve:
  • Add murmure and wheat puffs, mix them well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, serve immediately.
