Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups - all - purpose flour
  • 2 cups - powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 cup - cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1-5 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - cooking oil
  • 2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - boiling water
  • How to Make Perfect Chocolate Cake:

    1. Sift together all the dry ingredients and take it in a large bowl.
    2. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract and beat on medium speed for 2 mins.
    3. Now stir in the boiling water to make the batter thin.
    4. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
    5. Grease and flour two 9-inch baking pans.
    6. Pour in the prepared batter into the pans and bake in 180 deg C for 30-35 mins.
    7. Cool on wire rack for 15 mins and frost.
