  • 12 pieces - baby corn
  • 1 - carrot
  • 50 gms - cabbage
  • 50 gms - long beans
  • 25 gms - button mushrooms
  • 7 - fresh red chillies
  • 5 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Phat Prik Khapao (Thai Dish)

  • Slice all the vegetables into thin, long pieces.
  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  • Peel the garlic and, along with the red chillies, pound it into a paste.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the grounded chilli- garlic paste and fry till the raw smell arises.
  • Add the vegetables and fry till it is cooked.
  • If necessary, add some water.
  • Add soya sauce and salt to taste.
  • Serve it hot with steamed Thai fragrant rice.
