Ingredients

  • 1 medium - Cauliflower clean and broken into big florets.
  • 1 medium - onion, finely ground
  • 3 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1 - Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp - chilli paste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • How to Make Phool Gobi Manchurian:

    1. Blend chilli paste, corn flour, salt, egg and cauliflower till the egg and cornflour are evenly covered on the cauliflower.
    2. Deep fry this and keep it aside.
    3. Fry onion paste, and soya sauce.
    4. To this add fried cauliflower and blend well.
