Ingredients

1/2 kg - cauliflower, cleaned, flowerets chopped, boiled in salted water

4 cups - yoghurt, beaten

2 green chillies, minced

1 cup - bread croutons (fried bread pieces)

1 cup - coriander leaves, chopped

1/2 cup - raisins, soaked in water, drained

1 tsp - Sugar

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in the yoghurt and chill.
  2. Just before serving, add croutons and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
