Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - cauliflower, cleaned, flowerets chopped, boiled in salted water
  • 4 cups - yoghurt, beaten
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • 1 cup - bread croutons (fried bread pieces)
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - raisins, soaked in water, drained
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Phoolgobhi ka bharta:

    1. Mix all ingredients in the yoghurt and chill.
    2. Just before serving, add croutons and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
