Ingredients

  • Pork - 1/2 kg.
  • Onions, chopped - 2.
  • Garlic Pods - 6.
  • Dry Chillies - 3.
  • tomatoes, chopped - 2.
  • Mustard oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - To taste.
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Potato - 1.
  • Cauliflower - 1/2, cut into florets.
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp.

How to Make Phoolkobir logot Gahori

  • Make a paste of one onion, garlic pods, dry chillies and one tomato.
  • Heat mustard oil.
  • Chop and add an onion. Fry till golden brown.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder.
  • Add the pork, potato and cauliflower florets.
  • Add the onion-garlic-dry chilli-tomato paste. Mix well and cover.
  • After 5-6 mins, add 2 cups of water. Cover again.
  • When the water starts to boil, chop and add tomato, green chillies and a little garam masala powder. Mix well.
  • Cover again and cook on a low flame until the gravy becomes thick.
