Ingredients

  • 1 kg - ground Rice
  • 3 - coconut, grated
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 500 gms - coconut, Jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder

How to Make Pinaca

  • Roast the rice on a griddle.
  • Grind into a powder.
  • Crush the jaggery.
  • Put water and put on a medium flame till the jaggery dissolves.
  • Add grated coconut, and cook till the mixture is almost dry. Cool it.
  • Grind the mixture to form a thick paste.
  • Add the flour and cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Make small balls of the dough.
  • Keep it open for 1-2 hours until it dries.
  • Store in air-tight container.
