Ingredients

  • 12 slices - sandwich bread
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • 6 tbsp - Cream cheese or cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup - grated Pineapple (fresh or tinned)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder

How to Make Pineapple And Cheese Sandwiches

  • Mix the butter, cream cheese/cheese spread, pineapple, pepper and salt together.
  • Spread this mixture on 6 slices of bread.
  • Top it with the other 6 slices of buttered bread.
  • Remove the crusts and slice diagonally.
