How to Make Pineapple and Ginger Beer Punch

  • Finely slice the oranges and lime
  • Wash and drain the mint leaves.
  • Cut pineapple into small bits.
  • Dilute honey in 2-3 tbsp lukewarm water.
  • Add diluted honey, orange juice, pineapple juice and mix well.
  • Add all fruit slices, mint leaves and mix well.
  • Leave for 10 minutes for the flavours to develop.
  • Add ginger beer and ‘serve on the rocks‘.
