Ingredients

  • 1 cup - chopped pineapple.
  • 1 - apple, peeled, diced.
  • 1/2 - lemon, juice extracted.
  • 1 tbsp - sugar.
  • Salt to taste.
  • pepper to taste.

How to Make Pineapple-Apple Combo

  • Run all ingredients in electric mixer till smooth. Strain through a juice sieve.
  • Transfer back to mixie, add 450 ml ice cold water.
  • Run again till very frothy.
  • Pour into tall glasses. Serve frothing fresh.
