  • 2 - eggs.
  • 3 tbsp - pineapple, finely shredded.
  • 4 tbsp - maida.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 2 tsp - sugar.
  • Milk.
  • oil to deep fry.
  • Powdered sugar to coat.

How to Make Pineapple Dumplings

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Mix maida, salt and sugar.
  • Add just enough milk to make a batter, slightly thicker than pakoda batter.
  • Add pineapple and mix.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
  • Add a few spoons of batter in oil and fry on medium heat till golden brown.
  • Drain well.
  • Toss in powdered sugar and serve hot.
