How to Make

  • Cut the carrots and French beans into long strips and heat oil and fry them till they are almost cooked.
  • Fry the onions till they are brown in colour.
  • Add the pineapple pieces.
  • Stir cook for 2 mins.
  • Add the rice, salt and tomato sauce and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve garnished with cucumber and spring onions.
