Ingredients

  • 300 g - fresh pineapple pieces, chopped.
  • 1 tbsp - china grass.
  • 1 tbsp - honey.
  • 250 ml - water.
  • 350 ml - skimmed milk.
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - almond flakes.

How to Make Pineapple Mousse

  • In a pan, take water and add pineapple pieces. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 20 mins.
  • Cook till it becomes soft.
  • Blend the mixture to a smooth paste.
  • Pour it into a pan and add China grass and cook for 2 mins.
  • Remove from fire and let it cool.
  • When lukewarm, add honey and milk and mix well lightly.
  • Pour into individual glass pudding bowls, sprinkle almond flakes over it and chill it.
  • Serve chilled.
