Ingredients

  • 1 - pineapple, medium size (cut into small pieces).
  • 100 g - Jaggery powder.
  • 2 - Green chillies (finely chopped).
  • 1/2 tsp - salt.
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch.
  • 2 tsp - Rice flour.
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds.

How to Make Pineapple Pachadi

  • Take a kadai (pan) and add 1 cup of water.
  • Then add the chopped pineapples along with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Allow the pineapple to cook well.
  • When the pineapple becomes soft, add the powdered jaggery and stir well.
  • Now mix the rice flour with little water and make it like a paste.
  • Add this paste with the pineapples in the pan.
  • Let it boil until it becomes thick.
  • Fry mustard seeds and green chillies in 3 tsp of oil, and add this to the boiling mixture.
