Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Flour (maida).
  • 2 - Eggs, beaten well.
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar.
  • 1/2 cup - Small Pineapple chunks.
  • 1/2 tsp - Vanilla essence.
  • 1 tbsp - Butter or ghee.
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt.
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder.
  • 1 cup - Milk.

How to Make Pineapple Pancakes

  • Mix all the ingredients together to get a smooth batter, without lumps.
  • Add a little water if batter is too thick.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan.
  • When hot, wipe all over with a piece of cloth dipped in a little oil.
  • Pour a ladle of batter in the pan and spread a little.
  • Cook on both sides and remove.
  • Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
