  • 5 - large Potatoes.
  • 2 - Celery Stalks.
  • 1 packet - Frozen Mixed Vegetables.
  • 1 can - Pineapple chunks.
  • 1 - large Onion.
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard, ground.
  • 4 tbsp - Mayonnaise.
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar.
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar.

How to Make Pineapple Potato Salad

  • Dice potatoes and cook until tender but not too soft.
  • Add frozen vegetables when the potatoes are almost done. Drain and run cold water on it.
  • Chop onions, celery. In a large bowl mix all of these ingredients (onions, celery, salt and pepper to taste, ground mustard, pineapples).
  • Now add the drained potatoes and frozen vegetables. Mix well. Be careful not to mash.
  • Then add mayonnaise and stir until mixed well.
  • Place in a fancy bowl garnish with paprika and a sprig of parsley. Refrigerate.
