How to Make Pineapple Sabzi

  • Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces.
  • Grind the coconut and the spices into to a fine paste.
  • Heat ghee or oil in a pan and saute the ground paste till fragrant.
  • Add pineapple pieces and salt.
  • Add a cup of water.
  • Cover the pan and simmer till the pineapple is soft and the gravy is creamy.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
