  • 500 g - Cream either fresh or canned.
  • 2 tbsp - gelatine.
  • 4 tabs - sugar.
  • 1 small tin Pineapple slices chopped into small chunks.
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence.
  • How to Make Pineapple Souffle:

    1. Dissolve the gelatine in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes then melt it over a low flame. Keep aside.
    2. Separate the pineapple slices from the syrup.
    3. Add the sugar to 1 cup of the pineapple syrup and heat on low flame till the sugar melts completely.
    4. Mix in the gelatine mixture and stir well.
    5. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
    6. When half set, beat well with an egg beater or fork.
    7. Add the cream, pineapple chunks and vanilla essence. Mix well.
    8. Allow to set for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
