Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Pineapple fruit pulp
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - glucose
  • 3 tbsp - condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • Pineapple essence - 4 drops
  • Food colour, yellow - a pinch
  • How to Make Pineapple Toffee:

    1. Take the fruit pulp in a pan and add sugar and glucose to it and stir well for 10 min.
    2. When it thickens, add condensed milk and ghee to it along with essence and food colour.
    3. Keep mixing until the contents become really thick and do not stick to the pan.
    4. Now take the pan off the flame and allow it to cool
    5. Finally, make desired shapes out of it and wrap it.
