  • 100 g - castor sugar
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 150 ml - cream
  • 50 ml - full cream milk

How to Make Pink Bubble-Gum Ice Cream

  • Wash the strawberries.
  • Mash them together with the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Stir the mashed strawberry mixture into the cream and milk.
  • Switch on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the bowl through the opening in the lid.
